This project was all about creating a calm, open space that feels connected to the outdoors while still delivering a strong, modern look. The extension has been designed with clean lines and large sections of glazing to bring in as much natural light as possible and make the most of the surrounding views.
The flat roof with deep overhang gives the building a bold, architectural feel, while also providing practical shelter and shading. Internally, the space has been kept simple and refined, with warm lighting and natural finishes to balance out the modern structure and stop it from feeling cold.
From a build point of view, everything had to be precise. The glazing, structural elements, and roofline all needed to align perfectly to achieve that seamless finish. It’s a great example of how we take a straightforward extension and turn it into a real feature of the home, adding both space and long-term value while keeping the design clean and timeless.
